Help!!! (No Payouts Happening After the Seven Day Wait Period)

I have had several posts "mature" to their full seven day age recently, and each of these posts had a few upvotes on them and supposedly each was going to contribute a few cents to my wallet, but when the payday arrives, I get nothing. Not even a fraction of a cent in SBD or SteemPower! I haven't received so much as .001 in SteemPower in four days, even though I had posts that supposedly had more value than .001 each. It may not seem like much, economically speaking and in the grand scheme of things, but to have SEVERAL pieces come due with NO pay out, when they had values listed just the day before is getting extremely frustrating! (I even took a screen shot of the listed values on a recent post just to make sure I wasn't imagining it! Then GONE!)

Is someone stealing from me? Is there a glitch? What is happening?

I spend time and effort creating and posting to the site (especially with the long periods of NOT being able to post or comment because of my few resource credits), and although I only have a few upvotes for each piece, SOMETHING, even a tiny fraction of a point, is better than NOTHING---and I'm getting nothing for my upvotes at the moment... Can anyone explain why this is happening???
