Introduction: I'm the Rebeleyeball

However, I became enthralled with Barrack Obama in 2008. But I was still skeptical. At the time my line was, "If it turns out he isn't "the guy", I am giving up on politics. Although I think he has done as good a job as can be done as a 21st Century American President, he has not meet my expectation as "the guy". Just as I was about to throw in the towel along comes Bernie Sanders. Dare I hope again?

With Hillary's nomination, I find myself completely frustrated by the 2-party system in US. The only thing worse is the state of the "major" 3rd Parties. Really, can anyone really think either Jill Stein or Gary Johnson are Presidential material?

That said, where does it leave us? As much as I would like to go the anarchist route, governments and elections are necessary and do matter. My only hope is some how, enough of us will get involved to change our system to be more free, more loving, more equal, more sustainable, less violent and war-like. Join me in wading through the mess of the American (and global) political system(s).
