Why Steemit concept perfectly fits Q&A sites (StackOverflow etc.)

in #steemit8 years ago

Hello Steemmates,

As a front-end developer, I'm visiting these sites daily where I'm asking and answering questions, or, which happens most commonly, I find a topic with the same question and a couple of working and ready to copy/paste solutions!
Now imagine that the concept of rewards that's used here, on Steemit will be implemented on StackOverflow? Thousands of people will get an opportunity to earn money by asking or answering questions.

For those who don't know: StackOverflow is just one site of the StackExchange Network which contains a lot of sites of different subjects; from cryptocurrencies to religion.

And you know what? I really believe that one day this happens! Maybe Steemit will evolve into something bigger than now, or these Q&A sites will begin to follow Steemit concept - who knows. But now, Pandora's Box is open and now it's just a matter of time.

I think because of the api's and the not only opensource but pretty open block chain can lead to all sorts of innovation. I have proposed several amendments to the system. This being one https://steemit.com/steemit/@iamwne/steemit-needs-to-promote-a-good-way-of-doing-amas-marketing-steemit-to-the-masses

I've had the same thought, and would like to see SteemIt integrated into Stackoverflow. Maybe you can join the discussion on that end.
