3 Things To Do With Your Steemit Income!
Having money is kind of blessing, and all of us are enjoying that blessing with Steem. In the last few months, I am sure that many people profited heavily with the lost peg of SBD and x5 rewards, and then increase in the price of Steem resulted in more printing of SBD which means even more cash. ;)
The year 2017 was amazing for Steem and Steemit too as we've seen a huge growth and Alexa ranking of Steemit skyrocketed. Not to mention that Steemit is now ranking for most keywords on Google SERP which shows that Steemit is going to attract a large number of users every single month (just like it is doing right now). The loss of peg might be bad for merchants but it's precious for bloggers on Steemit platform. After all, who dislikes to earn extra money?

Money shouldn't be wasted on useless things, you should do your best to protect your money and find the best use case which could be proven beneficial for your own in the future. That doesn't necessarily mean investment in crypto market though but let's discuss it in detail.
# 1 - Real Estate Business:
It is good to diversify and have multiple sources of income. It ensures that if one of your business doesn't perform well, another business will do. To be honest, I am planning to invest some of the money into real estate since it's a great business and profitable enough to live in peace.
Now it's your call whether you want to be a contractor or investor. If you choose to be an investor like me, it means that the waiting period to see the profit is not so long and you can expect to make your first profit (or loss) within a few months. I heard that it is easy to average 25% return per year in the UK and that's a handsome amount of return. In short, you can buy and sell land with your money.
# 2 - Donate it:
What goes around comes around. If you have millions of dollars today, you can donate a very small portion of your money to either hospitals who work for the welfare of the people or any other society. Donation can be for any purpose like appreciating someone's service and building contacts with people or helping someone in times of need.
Once you start donating something, you'll realize how it feels to bring the smile to someone's face. But well there are some people who'd say: "I don't give a damn shit to your situation, work yourself and handle your situation" and I believe that there is nothing we can do about such people. The only time they'll realize their mistake is when they go through the same fortune as others.
# 3- Spend it on the family:
Don't be a miser. Guess what? I've met with such people in my life already. A miser always tries to save money unnecessarily and don't even spend it on desperate needs. If a shirt of a miser is losing its color, he doesn't spend money to buy a new one and instead tries to manage with the existing shirt.
What's the purpose of your money if you don't want to spend it on things that you need? Would you take your money with yourself in the grave? Enough! Buy the things that you need and ask if your family members need something. It's good to save money but it's not good to be a miser like that.
Investment of money is the best thing to do and one of the best-earning sources of income is renting the property and enjoying the free money every single month. It's also possible to gain from the property's value. As soon as the agreement of rent finishes, you can sell your property to realize the profit (if the value of your property is increased).
If you decide to power up your money on Steemit (or buy some Steem anywhere), this is the great option. I believe that Steem would worth no less than $10 by the end of 2018 but this is not an investment advice. Anyways, if you've liked the post, make sure to follow me at @princewahaj for more useful content.
The best use in my opinion is to reinvest in the platform so that you do your part in trying to help the platform grow.
Sure, just like I mentioned at the end of my post, this is by far the best option. Steem is undervalued and it should get what it deserves very soon.
However, the key point of the article was; diversify your investment, not necessarily on cryptos but also invest in other businesses.
True. I have to agree with you @fury123! It feels so bad that I had to power down since last year. Now It's so hard gaining the steem power back, but I know it's the best decision over the long term :)
Another option would be: hodl it. (at least part of it)
Steemit has still great potential to raise in value and could make a lot of people really wealthy.
Good read..many information i get here
These really are awesome ideas.. And also steemit is a blessing.. You have a good and great write up weldone..
Well apart from that investing on steem would be a great idea. Afterall we are giving back to the community which is at the same time giving so much to us. So i think powering up some lart of income would be great as well.
I've been doing #2 and #3 recently.
Might as well start investing in Real Estate once I start earning well enough here. Would've loved to read some more points :)
Well said but my mind is actually investing more on the blockchain.
Best thing to me would be to reinvest onto steemit platform only until you decide to give it up,then one can do anything of choice he/she does want, because it is the peak time of this platform it hasn't reach the saturation yet so reap from it the best option.once the platform reaches it's saturation and you don't have enough cash back then only you must think of doing something different until then the steemit is the best platform to hang around, and it's just beginning.
I am new here but I have been reinvesting everything I am making and have a goal of 1000 SP by August. I am also buying as much STEEM as I can afford. Looks like its on sale today too :) Of course I have dreams about living off of Steemit like many others, but I want to be realistic at the same time.
