I know many people wants to make more money so they choose steemit, but painful story is that they can't make as they expect. And now my thought is this, let make one our own community for earn more.
We vote/comment in any kind of post no matter post is intresting or not within each other.

They say it themselves in their FAQ:

Why are people getting vastly different rewards?
Steemit is not a "get rich quick" scheme. While it is possible to post content that goes viral quickly and earn a lot of rewards on a single post, this is not typical for most users.

Most of the authors that you see earning high rewards are users that have spent a lot of time in the network building followings, making connections with others, and developing a reputation for bringing high quality content.

It is best to have realistic expectations, without focusing on rewards when you are first starting out. Work on building a following, making connections, and developing a good reputation. Consistency will pay off in the long run.

TL;DR Just read the hightlighted bits.

What I'm trying to say is, it looks like you've only been here for about 3 months. Have you built your network out at all? Do you post with a regular routine? is your content interesting and engaging? These are all aspects that play into what you make out of it. You have to have good content, build a following, and stick with it through bad and good.

Besides, for you to make any kind of site relatively close to steemit would involve you creating your own cryptocoin or developing a site for a different one. Neither of which you really want to do.

Just keep at it man and have fun!

They should amend this to bringing any content. I've dug through some blog histories and it makes my blood boil to see what was rewarded at a high level as potentially "high quality", unless they were high when they wrote it/voted.

@pawanrai - making a blind voting circle/trail is not the right approach. It takes time and effort to build connections and get peoples' attention occasionally. I suggest that you comment as much as possible to get rewards that way as blogging is a difficult game to play when fighting for views.

Thank you so much for your suggestion.

It is true i am poor in making connection with other. I am from Nepal and Nepal has no more steemit user.
