HOW TO MAKE YOUR POST POPULAR AND GAIN MORE VOTES

I'd like to throw a little light of what i have learnt so far from friends here on steemit to everyone both old and the new participant in this community especially the minnows,Steemit because of its great potentials and benefits,has become a wonderful platform which attract a lot of people every single day into the community,and because of your participation, our community has grown and become better and better each day.

I know a lot of you have been posting your articles for sometime now, but you don't have as many upvotes,comments and view, why?"

But before we kick start,you have to understand that, the suggestions and advice in this article might not guarantee immediate result, but if you stay focus,follow them and be consistent for a period of time, i believe you will see very good results,because nothing pays more than hard work.

Below are some key points you really need to follow before you publish your articles:

1)MAKE YOUR TITLE EYE ATTRACTIVE

After writing your article,before you publish it,always make sure you make the heading of your post an eye catchy one in such that when someone comes across it they'll be force to open it.

2)YOU POST HAS TO BE INTERESTING AND SOMETHING THE READER CAN ALSO LEARN FROM

Always think of an article more interesting and Educative,Something that would enlightened and benefits the reader in one way or the other,dont just post an article just for fun because this is no facebook or twitter...drop a meaningful post.

ALWAYS GIVE YOUR POST THE RIGHT TAGS

Before you post your article,make sure your tags suits your write up,Because giving the right tags makes it get to the audience you are targeting,3-4 tags atleast is ok,And if you are from Nigeria(for example)you make sure you tag your country and the continent,that also helps

3)KNOW WHERE TO MAKE YOUR FONTS BOLD

Don't get me wrong,not that people won't upvote you if you don't do so,but a bold font is used when emphasizing on important points,using it throughout the whole post, may make the post lose its meaning and give your viewer a depressing feeling. 

1. SPACING BETWEEN EACH PARAGRAPH.

   The spacing between paragraphs is very important. If you are looking at a page full of words and write ups packed together, no matter how great,interesting the writing is, you will never have the patience to read it? I believe that most people don't enjoy this kind of layout, and yes, me neither.

1. AVOID TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR

   After you're done editing your article, make sure to you read it from the top, look and correct any typographical error. Steemit sure allows you to make changes within 7 days, but after 7 days you can no longer edit your post because your posts will be permanently saved on the blockchain.
