No, there is a bug on Steemit.com and sometimes (very rarely) a post doesn't make it to the blockchain.
(or at least that's my educated guess)

It appears on the created feed only for a few seconds than it disappears. I believe that's an automatic process that Steemit.com shows your post in the created feed. Than when it checks the blockchain, the post is not found so it disappears from the feed.

I'm just speculating but I know a little bit of programming and this sounds feasible. I'm not 100% sure though.

If anyone knows better, please let me know.
