Greetings steemians!
Friends, I would like to share my photographs with you.
How nice it is to live in a stone house; in winter you really need to heat a lot, but in the hot summer it’s cool.
Previously, in the mid-70s and 80s, when Europe lived very richly, most Italians took the opportunity to purchase a second home either by the sea or in the mountains. Who wanted where, who liked what.
Banks gave loans, it was enough for a person to have a permanent job and here you are, a mortgage, a small percentage, pay at least 30-40 years with little money.
Traveling around Italy, you can come across such large houses (which means a large family lives there) all over Italy. They are well built, with all amenities; in the north, some houses may have fireplaces or even stoves for heating in winter.
And what should be noted is that even if the house stands on the top of a mountain and you live there alone, there will be a road to your house... at whose expense it was built, at your personal expense or the commune worked hard for you - I don’t know, but the road will be good .
Thanks for reading.
