Many people in this century are deprived of sleep because of bad management with technology when the time is for sleep.
Sleep is one of the most important things in your life, because it increases your learning speed, helps you remember more information, and is happier during the day.
If you want to be productive during the day then you have to choose your morning habit.
-So when the sun rises
- Meditate
-Take exercises, run, walk ...
- Prepare the night before
-Put a coffee if you think you're doing well and start your day)
