IS SUSTAINABILITY THE KEY TO A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS ?

I have seen business that spring up daily with full potentials and fail completely after few months of operations. I personally recall when i started my first business, it was not easy at all because I was Young and desperate to succeed, little did I know that without sustainability even a growing business call fail completely. My husband is purely into eCommerce and we traded electronics like computers and it accessories, we started with one shop and everything seem to be moving according to plan. After our first year we went back and realized there was a loophole which will eventually cause us to fail completely in our business and there was a need to seal it. We uncovered that, in our first year of operation we adopted a very simple business model and also our strategies were not competitive. This was recipe for disaster and complete failure, because these are some of the key things one must consider to have a sustainable business. We spoke to experts in the same field of business and were advised to form a strong board for the business and and review constantly every move we make and that of our competitors.After considering critically these advise we implemented them and currently as I writes we have more than five(5) shops and even have dormant ones. We have sustained a certain high level of business growth and have our competitors learn from us.

IS @steem4depoor MAKING THE RIGHT DECISIONS ?

I have met young entrepreneurs but what i will say is that @steem4depoor really mean business. After working alone he realized that there is a need to build a sustainable one. He discussed a lot about the business to us and decided to bring on board people who are very knowledgeable about the business world and are visionary. I was quite amazed because i wonder how an economics teacher suddenly became very sensitive about business life and spoke with so much confidence. As an administrator of the school he actually teach in, I see him as one of the most hardworking people around. He always give his best at what ever he does and this actually made him very unique in all ways. Yesterday after our discussions he sent me a roadmap for personal review, something I never had starting my business

I feel very optimistic about the Foundation and I am very open for discussions. I and my husband who is a Computer programmer have become very interested and in no time will be part of this amazing family. I am here already and feel so positive.
