MOTHER JUNGLE AS A TREATMENT FOR MUSCLE ACHES

in #steemit6 years ago

Also known by its scientific name "Lonicera Caulis" or "Mother Forest" is a plant that from the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine has great healing properties specifically in the treatment of muscle aches, joint and rheumatic. We can also treat numbness caused by arthritis.

This plant belongs to the climbing family, can be found in fences, and occurs mainly in tropical climates. It has small leaves and bunches of white flowers that turn yellow as they have already bloomed. According to traditional Chinese medicine an excellent remedy can be made with this plant, which is otherwise very easy to find.

What should be done is to collect a good amount of this plant including flowers and leaves.

The leaves and flowers should be allowed to dry well, which takes about two weeks.
When we let dry the leaves of a plant, its properties are concentrated even more and the effect is greater.
It is for this reason that we must do this procedure that although it takes a little longer will give us very good results.
After our leaves and flowers have dried is good to place them separately in glass jars properly covered.

Both leaves and flowers are used in the following proportions:

10 grams of flowers
10 grams of leaves

To prepare it, place enough water in a pot to boil for 20 minutes, leaving approximately 3 cups of preparation. Put the water to boil and when it breaks the boil put the 10 grams of leaves, cover and let it boil for 20 minutes, after this time is turned off and put the 10 grams of flowers.

3 cups should come out of this preparation because they are three daily, morning, afternoon and evening, taking care that it does not coincide with meals.

This treatment should be done for 15 days, so you should have a good amount of flowers and leaves. I recommend you make separate bags with the necessary amount for each day.

It is a proven treatment, put it into practice and you will notice a very good improvement in terms of muscle and joint pain.
