Sometimes that uncomfortable change is not that uncomfortable once we actually do it. We just think it is. If we only change what is comfortable we would actually change nothing at all. If i never have ever changed anything at all I would still be 10. With each change comes growth and a new awareness and expansion. Otherwise we stagnate and miss out on so much of life and what it can offer. We might actually find that we truly love the new....whatever it is, we had just never opened ourselves to it.
