I think it would be professional thing to do to communicate to your users any issues. So yes, they should certainly post updates for us.
This is all I ask, and nothing more, because it really sucks when you feel like the only one something bad is happening to, when in reality... everyone is suffering because the playground we are playing in is fucking up.
Oh, and you're lucky you missed these last few days... it was horrible!
Communication and transparency always help. It is amazing though how many organizations just try to sweep things under the rug and avoid facing issues upfront.
Maybe the top brass at Steemit is no different.
Yesterday was just completely impossible for me to do anything on the platform. I am curious what was the cause of all this. I think I saw a post where someone said it was a DDOS attack.
By whom? And why?

All questions I would like to know as well, but unfortunately... I think they'll just leave us guessing as to what it was exactly.
I’ve been searching google and steemit for any report, but came out empty.
That's because they don't say anything, which is just bullshit!
It really isn't too much to ask! lol, I feel like it was a good timing for a steem holiday (I see a lot of people are saying it was dreadful, I hope the dev team learn from this and try to better communicate next time!)
