Got My First Whale Vote // My Response--BUY MORE STEEM Through Blocktrades!
I was fortunate enough to receive my first upvote from a whale (Thanks @blocktrades!)--I earned a whopping $75 dollars on the upvote (or will in 24 hours), which is the largest amount any of my posts have ever earned. Actually my highest post prior to that point was 9 or 10 dollars, so it isn't even in the same ball park as my other posts.
What did I do besides tell EVERYONE I know that I got a whale vote (to which they said WTH is a whale)? I bought more Steem Power. ~350 more, bringing my total Steem Power up to 2000. I am going to keep pumping as much as I can into the platform, hopefully around $500 per month until I reach 5000 Steam Power, which is my goal for the year.
What about you? If you were to receive an upvote from a whale, how would you celebrate? Or HOW DID YOU because I know that many of you have tickled the fancy of passing whales more than once?
And better than the actual payout itself is the encouragement that the upvote gave me to finish the novella that received the recognition. It's an old project that Steemit has brought back to life--something that has value beyond money!

I was able to upvote this post to $0.90 so u can feel lile ur to least makin get $1 per post ! I'm suprised @blocktrades actually upvoted someone because that account is not very active like that and your lucky man! Don't expect to make that's much eveeytime like I did, but if you get more followers by upvoting minnows you'll get consistent upvotes like how I'm getting $15 per post from like 30 upvotes all giving me like 50 cents each on average whichever is cool because when u only get on earth whale upvoting You then you'll really miss them when u don't get their upvotes .... but wow now u have mkre steempower than me and u can join my club with me and @tytran and go find minnows to upvote especially in #africa steemit.com/trending/Africa and then show steemit how you helped been steemit users in developing world.
You can gain a lot of followers by finding hard working Minnows and upvoting their Whole wall so they don't forget you
