Looking at a particular post that was trending, I spotted this.
It wasn't one of my posts but I was curious so I opened up the post and yep, it read like this.

The author chose to decline the payout.
Why would anyone decline a payout?
Because he is looking for visibility not rewards. He is the creator of Steem, he already has enough Steem.
