It's surprising how many people aren't aware of them, I found out a while ago and didn't have high hopes of their effectiveness - but I am happy to say they are pretty good.

maybe you can make a blog and show it...???if you have time and want to do it...one day.....
it would give a better idea to people how that "thing"works......including me....lol....
