Yes the Steemit card would certainly be a great idea, and would be easiest to turn Steem in to USD. I would recommend going to Shapeshift, and exchange your Steem for Bitcoin, and then load your Bitcoin on to the Bitpay Card, or one of the other cards like it. I personally use Bitpay, and all the options that they provide for its customers are amazing. They have the Mobile App too for Android and Iphone.
