RE: I'm a Mover and Shaker

in #steemit7 years ago

Mmmm its an interesting question. I really wish I were.
The best I can do is to say that our hearts seem to be on the same page : )
After looking around it doesn’t seem like the place to earn a living wage just yet for me. If you prove me wrong on that I would very very happy.

It seems more like a place to light some fires and connect with like minds. Start some projects that have real world consequences.

You are a few steps ahead of me, I have not even made my fist post yet, but its coming and I am in no hurry right now.
The plan in mind is to print up some Steemit gift cards for my local community.
Initiate a democratically run community account for the purpose of providing facilities to make it easier and less expensive to buy/sell steem at market rates. Not for the purpose of day trading but to make investing easier and drawing some local $ when required much easier.
There are just so many possibilities.

You are a mover and shaker. That's a wonderful idea! And you haven't even written your first post yet!? I'll be looking forward to it. :) I wouldn't necessarily need to make a living wage but if I could make at least $25-30 a day, I'd still feel like I was contributing and I think over time that's attainable. A couple friends visited over the summer (@bluerthangreen and @allforthegood), they told me about Steemit and how @papa-pepper has taken to this platform and how it's a great community. (All three of them are my friends and they left the area to seek out their dreams of being homesteaders a few years back) They were great Steemit evangelists and made me a believer!! The possibilities are endless! :)

That is very kind but we need to wait until some wins become apparent : ) me thinks
