The Education Revolution
Welcome to the World of Free University Courses
After spending an exorbitant amount of money on tuition, I wish I hadn't.
Coursera offers free online courses from 140+ top universities and educational organizations. They partner with top schools like Stanford, Yale, Princeton, and others to offer universal access to the world’s best education. Either for free or at a ridiculously low cost!
Student loan debt has reached a new milestone, crossing the $1.2 trillion mark making the average student loan $28,950. With this debt continuing to rise, more students are looking for alternative educations.
My Favorites Courses
- Bitcoin and Cryptocurrency Technologies at Princeton for free!
- Cryptography 1 & Cryptography 2 at Standford University taught by Professor Dan Boneh!
- Massive 6-Course Specialization on Data-Mining or Cloud Computing at University of Illinois for $79 that includes a Certificate!
Am I going to stop there?! HELL NO!
- Master Algorithmic Programming Techniques Data Structures and Algorithms 6-course Specialization at UC San Diego! This one is more pricey but Financial Aid is available for learners who cannot afford the fee.
- 5-Course Specialization on Cybersecurity at University of Maryland for $49 a course! Taught by Jonathan Katz, Director or the Maryland Cybersecurity Center (also includes course on Cryptography that you can take separately)
- International Cyber Conflicts at The State University of New York
