Well the government didn't educate the people about bitcoin intact they kicked against it, but see how far we have come. Blockchain technology will come as a capitalist venture, and especially in Africa the government is doing little or nothing about it. So private organization and individuals do it. @campusgistars1 is presently running a four weeks training on it and it's working hard to have a pool of students from anywhere tap into the technology while they learn, trade, earn and connect.
