Steemit changes the whole dynamic of interaction with it's users because of the social media platform that is linked with the currency, this is not an underground coin, this one is made to be in the open and shine.
Steemit is creating a much more stronger connections between it's community then any other crypto-currency before. This platform is enabling complex community interaction right off the bat and is viral from the start.
Why do you think all these big companies have been trying to dominate social media these days? It is all about building communities these days and steem will become the new king at it! I wonder what the future will bring, I mean this is like a fenced off playground at the moment, there are no adds so how will the big company's try to use steem once the masses arrive here. The game, new rules!

This community is also completely different then any where else, $$ always grabs people 's attention. Once you got their attention you can do the rest. I am really looking forward on all the experimenting that will be done here on this platforms, complete new structures for governance, science, law and social interactions, art, you name it and it will probably be a discussion on steem.
Steemit today is in it's infancy, maybe even more like a baby that is just learning it's first words. It is still fragile and has to grow a lot but it's a fast learner and very creative at adapting to it's environment.

We got some hi cups as is usual when something new is being cultivated, bugs will have to be fixed, security increased, the usability improved. New interfaces, mobile apps, marketplaces and who knows maybe one day we can with steemdollars everywhere trough a POS-system like this concept in the making from @chris4210 .

@donkypong made this excellent post about it but there are many others also.
We already saw it grow from x10 in users and x10 in value in a few weeks and this will probably continue for the next few years, I know it sounds crazy but there is some logic behind and the price is directly related to the amount of users. If steem doesn't go up in value when the SPOW goes up because there are more users people will be paid lesser amounts of SD and SP and will stop blogging.
I share the optimisme of @fyrstikken that he displays in this post.
So what do you think will be the price when we have 1 million or 1 billion users?
