Would this mean that some users might attempt to double dip on a vote now that it comes from another account, even though the SBD /Steem is sent to the same account?
Assuming you built in some smarts to stop that?
The same post cannot be voted on more than once, period.

Nah, that wouldn't allow enough time for the other account to recharge back to 100% voting power.
