Remember folks, no matter what you do, there will always be some people who will criticize everything you do and will simply hate your guts. What I believe is that we should never think about making others happy and rather live our lives the way we want to.
I have seen it happen, a lot of bright minded kids can’t get up to their full potential because of all the criticism they receive from other. Listening to all the criticism from others, they end up believing that its them who are at fault and they are a failure. We as a human being should encourage others rather than demoralization them but unfortunately, this is how we have the world for us, it has become a place where the value of human life is decreasing constantly.
Folks, be the change this world needs and start helping other out, start encouraging people and the ones who discourages you, SIMPLY ASK THEM TO PISS OFF :P

Self motivation or personal development is also a key to success in this world. No matter how people motivate or encourage you when yourself you are negative minded, no results we be derived, so, set your goals people.
