Some people dont comment nor take time to read people's posts

I am very concerned on how some people are behaving on steemit. They are just interested in posting their own posts in order that they get rewards but they don't have a thought of taking time to read other people's posts and see how they can best contribute. My appeal to such people is that just the way you want people to read your posts is the same way other people would want you to read their posts too. Imagine if everyone was to just concentrate on posting and not commenting nor up voting, do you think you would get rewarded? off-course no. Lets change our ways and try to communicate and support each other, in this way we shall make steemit grow and last long.
