I am sure someone is already thinking about creating a decentralized block-chain based system of governance in the not so far future that should be able to deal with rapists and the likes. :)

But then, I'd like to think that once someone get's all he needs, it becomes irrelevant to them to apply force in pursuit of things they desire in any given scenario.
