Her first notice was so poorly written it seemed to apply even to pistols then she clarified to just any AR or AK action rifle. So pretty much every rifle but the two expensive ones that are allowed.
Either way, it is not her job to define the law just enforce it.
yet no one else in the government seems willing to tell her, we have filed a lawsuit but that is slow.
