Steemit Q and A Series - How Do I Get More Viewers
Searching for answers
I was wondering about the views out on Steemit since we cannot tell how many views we have per blog post. Yeah we can easily determine the number of votes as well as comments.
Question: 1
Does anyone know how to actually get more viewers?
Just wondering as it doesn't seem easy. Great topics, crowd pleaser, high quality content or not.
Question 2:
Do we need to purchase Steem Power to influence others to visit our posts on a higher scale? I wonder about that as well.
Question 3:
How much money would it cost to get a specific number of viewers to see our Steem posts?

I'm really not sure how to reach an audience here and I can't give specific answers to your questions. I am building a following and I hope at least some of them will see my posts on their feed. I try to avoid 'clickbait' type posts as it just feels wrong to me. I'll write about things I care about and hope others will enjoy. I really want to start conversations.
You can now promote a post with Steem$, but it looks like you need around $100 to get near the top of https://steemit.com/promoted/
My strategy is to keep engaging with others in comments and to do a couple of posts each day on topics that interest me.
Sounds like you have a good strategy I hope it works to help you earn something. I started out caring about earning, but will refocus on building that true following. It's everything these days online and I hope Steemit lasts long enough to earn anything. Maybe we might even make some cool friends here as well someday. I don't plan on it though, just wanna blog away :)
