The tags are taken from steemit trending tags directly taking the first 100.
You may be right, just like manual addition option for bots I can add manual addition of tags.

Hi, do you think it would be plausible to add different timezones for the paytime column in steemcash? A way to toggle between maybe. I know the math, but it would be great anyway. I've been using steemcash because to me it's better than the "steem supply" tool I was using.
So you want to see the exact time of the payments in your local time zone...
I have never thought of it but seems like really good exercise.
