Is there censorship? What about Steemit?

Think about it...

In the past, so that certain ideas considered subversive by the power in place do not reach the general public, a police body had been instituted: the censorship of State, in charge to prohibit purely and simply the propagation of the too subversive works.

Today censorship has changed its face. It is no longer the lack that acts but the abundance. Under the uninterrupted avalanche of insignificant information, nobody knows where to get the interesting information. By broadcasting a ton of similar music, record producers are preventing the emergence of new musical trends. By releasing thousands of books a month, publishers prevent the emergence of new literary currents. These would in any case be submerged under the mass of production. The profusion of identical insipidity blocks the original creation, and even the critics who should filter this mass have no time to read everything, see everything, listen to everything.

So that we come to this paradox: the more television channels, radios, newspapers, media, the less diversity of creation. The greyness is spreading. And what about Steemit?
