Your reputation is the result of your actions on Steemit, and only by your own actions you can correct it.
Stop writing monotonous spam under each post. Phrases like a "good post", "thank you for useful info", "vote for my post" are considered a bad taste and are equated with garbage. There is no wonder, that you are getting downvotes (flags). It is not good to leave rubbish wherever you were.
Write original content and leave a comment only when you really read the entire post and you have something valuable to add on this topic. If you have nothing to say, it's better to remain silent.
