500 Followers! What Does it Mean?! Who Cares? Let's Celebrate!
Everyone loves a milestone, right? I may be a relative newbie, but I know that of that 500, only a small percentage actually pay attention to anything I post, but I will still spend today walking all over town beaming with pride like a kid who got handed a free ice cream cone. To celebrate this milestone, while also scratching an itch I've had recently, I will spend the next three days using all my upvotes* to reward anyone who leaves a reply telling me something about why you followed me, a question or comment about something I have ever posted (like: how's the beer brewing going? Or, still folding old chicken feed bags into wallets? Or, or, or . . . ) I am dying to interact with you people! And I could care less about the topic. Ask me for relationship advice! Write me a haiku! Tell me to %$#k off! Okay, maybe not that, but you get the idea.

I know the feeling. It is a little depressing at times. I hope Steem develops with some more data analytics tools. I think that is a major piece that keeps it from being a more legit blogging platform (that, and non-members cannot subscribe).
