why does bandwidth limit exceed error occurs ?

I recently got bandwidth limit exceeded error
while following someone
i want to increase the bandwidth limit.

how do i know how much limit is left?

Same thing happened with me, i waited for few hours, then it seemed to work just fine

for me it was heck of a problem. i consumed all my power.
it was not getting back

By seeing all the guides over internet i think you chose the wrong option to power down, anyways i hope its fine for you now also
