Something my father always told me seems to ring true for Steemit. "If you enjoy what you do, the money will come."
I came to steem while looking for new crpyto currencies to invest in. I started using steem because of the potential I saw in the platform. I am not here to make money, although it is always nice.
I am here to see what a platform like this can become. To someday stop being lazy and write my own content. To share my ideas about politics, about philosophy, about life and people in general.
Mainly, I want to grow and help others grow to.
@biasnarrative You are right about the reasons to be here on Steemit and I appreciate your thoughtful comment. I also came to Steemit over a year ago. Jeff Berwick first joined this platform and when he wrote his First Posting I think it garnered something like $15K. Now that is of course an outlier and I am not saying that people cannot get a very nice Payout. The main thing about Steemit is Consistent Content and Commenting and getting to know others on a Regular Basis that produce the kind of Content that shows a narrative that interests you.
