Tom and Jerry: The story behind the scenes

At that time there was a comic strip known as "Captain and the Kids". The main character of which was two brothers Hans and Fritz, their mother, a Captain and an Inspector. Based on these characters, the studio decides to make a series of cartoons. But this cartoon could not get much popularity among the viewers, which pushed the studio in the face of economic disaster.

Then they got together and went looking for ways to overcome this situation. Barbara offered a cat and a mouse to make a cartoon named "Puss Gets the Boot". Although Hanna and her other colleagues did not like this idea because they thought it was not realistic. But in the end the studio decided to make a cartoon with this name.
Jupiter, a gray striped pet cat named "Pus Gets the Boot", and a mouse named Xinox. The whole cartoon, however, did not name the mouse anywhere. Often, Jasper broke the various things of the house while catching Xinox. Because of this, the housewife threatened him out of the house. JeanXe used to try this opportunity to try to get rid of Jasper. It's going to be a lot like story plot Tom and Jerry. But this cartoon did not have any beginner music like Tom and Jerry.

Finally, on 10 February 1940, the cartoon received the theatrical release. But there was no such enthusiasm in the MGM studio. They were not very optimistic about the Battle of Cat-Eudur. Many MGM staffers are said to say, "Is the mouse-cat cartoon less?" There was no reason for the viewers to think that the cartoon would take a little differently. Hanna and Joseph then paid attention to other cartoons, and at one point they forgot "Put Gets the Boot".

But in the meantime, the popularity of cartoons continued to grow in the theater. At a time, the cartoon came to the top of the likes of theater owners. Later, when he shot the MGM studio, he got the nomination for the Academy Award for Best Actor for Best Actress for the Academy Award for the Academy Award. Cartoons, however, lost in the final episode of MGM's other cartoon. The cartoon was "The Milky Way" made by the Rudolf Iceing Unit. But still the negative connotation of this pair of rats and cats was changed.
