RE: Steemit Training Reflections: What I learned running a month of Steemit Bootcamps & Masterclass
This so cool how you introduce people to Steem and how it strikes a chord within them! I love it!
It is really important to come here with the mindset of Heart-based living instead of money-driven incentives. Most people nowadays want it the quick way, entailing a lack of dedication, patience and focus. How else should longevity be achieved?
Sadly, to attract people onto Steemit, the earning capabilities have to be mentioned, and sometimes, we realized it provides a good initial pull factor too. But that driver itself won't last long, because to be truly successful on Steemit, or any other platform for that matter, you'll have to engage with it beyond monetary reasons.
