MY INNER SELF

It is well known that meditation helps that internal part of ourselves that always comes to us according to our expressions, meditation aims to achieve a state of peace and harmony with ourselves and with our environment, we must try to have control of our lives and practice it in the best possible way.

we need that time to relax and find ourselves, to move to another plane of tranquility and to cleanse ourselves from the day to day that surrounds us leaving us without energy. It is a natural action of the human being, to connect with himself and with nature. That we have been losing as we become adults. And what we can recover when we want is just a matter of taking the time necessary to do so.

remembering an event of joy that we have lived, walking barefoot along the beach, seeing a sunrise, sitting in the field surrounded by flowers, sitting down to read a book under a tree, you just have to let yourself be carried away by that moment and relax, breathe deeply until that you feel as comfortable as possible, put your mind in white and do not think or do anything else just let yourself be carried away by your being and flow in its intensity.

we have to find ourselves and know each other, we have so many day-to-day responsibilities that we forget to give ourselves that balance we need between our inner and outer self, we must ask ourselves if we are happy with what we do, if we know ourselves, if we dedicate time, even if we hear each other; when we reach this level we can really say that we know our inner self.
