I do think the type of work we think we’re capable off can be influenced at a young age. I avoid closing any career doors for my girls, so I’m careful with my language — everything is an option.

And also agree, my Mother-in-law was a nurse, she often talks about the strain and her injuries from the old days. Being a Nurse or Nursing Aide is not lightweight work.
