Assalamualaikum!!! Greeting you Dear all friends,hope you all are doing well and happy. I'm your steemian as @steemsial and here with you at an amazing platform of steemit. I'm here with you with a new post to share the easy and complete recipe of steam chicken. In this post I'm going to complete the "contest:The Recipe Of The Day. Week No 78".

INGREDIENTS
1KG Chicken
1/4KG Yougurt
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 tbsp Black Pepper
Tikka Masala
Garlic Paste
2 bsp Vinegar
Salt for taste

1/4KG Yougurt70 PKR2 steems
Tikka Masala box200 PKR5 steems
Other spices were available at home200 PKR5 steems
Total cost=29 steems
Serving for 2 persons
PREPARATION/MAKING

•Take 1KG of chicken in a basket and wash it thoroughly. When it is completely washed then remove all water and transfer it to a plate when the water is removed.

•Then in the next step I take 1/4KG of Yougurt in a bowl and make it whisky. This yougurt is very necessary for a good taste and for flavorful dish.

•Then I took all spices like red chilli powder,red chilli flakes,black pepper, garlic paste and salt in a plate with required quantities. If you want more spicy then you can include more spices in your dish.

•Then I took the washed chicken in the steamer. The chicken shouldn't be boneless.

•Then in the next step I added all spices like red chilli powder,red chilli flakes,black pepper,garlic paste and Tikka masala.

•In the next step I added one cup or 1/4 KG of yougurt in the chicken.

•Then add a little amount of water and 2 tbsp of vinegar in the chicken and cook it on low flame. Cover it for 20-25 minutes in this way that steam shouldn't be leaked from the steamer. At this time the flame should be very low.

•When time is completed then I turn off the flame and remove the lid of steamer. Our dish of steam chicken was ready. I transfer the chicken in the plate. I give 2-3 minutes extra for steam but it causes the more softened of chicken. So the chicken didn't give a proper shape. So when you cover the lid and cook it on low flame,then check the chicken by removing the lid after some interval of time.
