DEx.top is a Decentralized Exchange Incubated by BITMAIN.
A coin kept on the exchange is a coin of the exchange until it is withdrawn. The advantage of the decentralized exchange is that coins are always mine.
You have to pay more attention to security yourself. However, it can be free from exchange hacking issues.
