• Cool invention, since this is very new to me.
• It is designed with safety in mind to help keep your eyes up and your hands on the job, with 100% situational awareness.
• Lastly, it is waterproof, dust tight and dust proof.

Cons:

• I can see no cons at the moment since this offers a very nice opportunity to be safe, anywhere.
