gotta be honest http://steeminvite.com is better and much cheaper. not sure if we want to be saying that people need to pay $45 to get a steem account. seems very middleman. ..
I feel the same way... it does seem like the witness who set this up is trying to profit... but I'm also aware that I probably don't know all the processes/facts involved.
i do know some of the facts, originally it was jerry banfield and someone else set this up. i would not use this service.
Ahhhh.... no way, I heard about this controversy. I actually thought it was a different witness that set this up. Thanks for the heads up. Really important to know.
