Oxygine is developed to be fast and memory efficient on mobile platforms. It has flexible resources management system, automatic sprites batching, memory pools and more.

this is cool for free, pure c++ and you can build your code out as pure html5/js using webgl which should work in most modern day browsers that support webgl/html5 -- if for nothing else you could make some pretty slick intros/demos or a really nice looking effect for your website.
