In today's world so many of us suffer from stress and anxiety but very few of us seek help. Merrier wants to change that. This iOS app eliminates the barriers barriers that may prevent people from getting help.
What is Merrier and what does it do? Merrier uses proven supported psychological techniques to help you overcome your worries by providing a fun, colorful environment where you turn your worries into a fun game.
The app lets you set quests based on your worries. You’re asked to give a description and initial difficulty rating. When you complete a quest, you win a rewards and you’re asked to rate it again.
The app stores all your completed quests which is a record of your thoughts and experience. Over time, you'll see your progress and your improved ability to face your worries.
