Pros:

• Great investment because it saves us water consumption so it's good for businesses like restaurants or hotels.

• Also saves money because it can tell us if there's water leakage.

Cons:

• I checked their site and there's no instructions on how to install it. There could be videos online though but it's still better to have one on their site so buyers would know how to install it cause there are people who might still be challenged on it.
