Pros:

this gadget is something different, since it doesen't depend on any infrastructure.
You can send instant message, voice recordings, image data and GPS coordinates.
Point-to-point range between two Sonnet devices is 5 km (3 miles) to 15km (9 miles, if there is line of sight.

Cons:

Battery could have more capacity.

Wonderful walkie-talkie you got here @ruah. I can't resists to make my personal review on this.

Pros :

It can be a good way of communication for many travelers and adventures where it does support longer range of radio frequencies which you can still communicate with your friends and family even if you are out of signal. You just use your smartphone without any problem.
It does support up to 36 hours which are good for hiking and traveling. You are totally secured that you can communicate with your family and friends.
The application has its own offline map where you can easily check your location even if you don't have internet or even you can share location to your friends and family via GPS coordinates.It also allows you to send images, text messages and even audio recordings in really quick and easy way.
