Pros :

• Open source and a lifetime free video editor that will able its user to export a file that is 1080px wide.
• Many features available to use as if you are using a payable video editor in its premium or vip account.
• while its free it still supports a big file images format such BMP and GIF and PNG files.
• it's hard as hunting a phoenix feather if you are looking for free video editor software that is supporting a 4k resolution, while its hard you will see that feature on shotcut video editor, how Awesome!!!.

Cons :

• I don't see any disadvantage using this application since its a lifetime free yet giving a wholesome service.
