This is actually an extremely underrated blockchain project based in Japan. They were the first o come up with Proof of Importance in place of Pow and PoS. They have a good scaling plan for 4000 Tx/s despite being almost half a decade old. There is also a lot of backing from large established corporations and NEM will be integrated into their products and services. Great Hunt!
