Pros:

• The extension can record desktop and webcam, along with web pages
• The record time is quite good.
• It lets you publish to youtube directly
• Recordings are saved securely, and you can access them from anywhere

Cons:

• I don't see any cons as such, but the only thing I would mention is that there is recording limit of 50 videos per month, if you don't upgrade.
• Free version includes the watermark
