Purse.io is a mediator for Bitcoin transactions. The app works to connect customers that are holding Bitcoin with customers that are holding gift cards (like Amazon gift cards), and in doing so allows Bitcoin users without a bank account, credit card, or other items typically required to be able to shop online.
You can import your Amazon wishlist and the holder of the Amazon gift card will purchase the items for your. The gift card holder earns some Bitcoins for his help in that transaction and the Bitcoin holder will receive his items that he wanted to be purchased.

Pursue would have been useful for me if I have bitcoin but I don't have
You don't need to have Bitcoin if you want to earn Bitcoin on the platform. If you buy yourself an Amazon Gift Card than somebody else will pay you Bitcoin + Profit so that he can spent your Amazon Gift Card. The whole issue is that Amazon doesn't accept Bitcoin so that's why they use your Amazon Gift Card.
