I'm sure this will help sales teams to improve their results - the bottom line. Whoo! Yeah!

So, if they miss a manipulation trick in their sales patter, the "system" will pick it up and advise them how they might better use psychology, neuroscience and behavioural economics theory to do better next time - or am I giving this "AI" too much kudos?

Because it seems the term AI is being thrown about way too much. Every app with a coded, 'if this-do that' engine is lauded as AI, because it makes it seem more "advanced" and "from the future".

Which kinda goes back to my point about using tricks to sell products and services.

Should we really celebrate this? The ability of big companies (with sales teams) to better manipulate people into buying something they don't actually want, or need.

Oh well...nice hunting for finding this anyway :)
